We had the best rainy day EVER today! We got up before the sun, decided that we would all want naps so we got ready and went grocery shopping. Yesterday in Costco Daddy and Mommy found gingerbread house kits (did not buy one, we bought Christmas presents though: a Teddy Ruxpin and a chest of dress-up clothes) and Mommy mentioned we should make a gingerbread haunted house. We walked into Smiths this morning and they had haunted house kits. We bought one
thinking that would be a fun addition to our Halloween decor. Attached are pictures of our fun adventure, Mommy helped put it together and then started dinner while Daddy and Bailey added candy. Then all hell broke loose. The jelly beans on the peak of the roof suddenly crashed down into the center of the house. Then as Daddy desperately tried to fix it, the walls caved in too. So he started over. Bailey got bored with the whole lets-rebuild-the-house-that-fell-to-pieces and asked Mommy for an apple.
